hey it's not working i tried, and while payment i put it my debit card info and it always deduct my 2 rupees and says there is problem with your payment. I really don't understood what's happening even they don't have there customer care, help center.

Between first 60 days of registration and 60 days to expiry date , you are free to transfer your domain , i had previously regged domain for 1.99$ with yahoo and transfered it to Godaddy.

Yes you may transfer to any other registrar. But keep in mind , first 60 day ---transferable dates--last 60 days , during first and lats 60 days you cant transfer the domain.
